Job Responsibilities

Educate patients and their families about wound care and prevention strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in wound care practices and technologies.
Essential Qualifications
Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a focus on wound care.
Valid state license to practice as an NP or PA.
Wound Care certification is required.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Desired Experience
Proven experience in wound care management.
Experience in a clinical setting, particularly within wound care, palliative, or home health care environments.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex patient cases and improve outcomes.
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
